Often times we either bring them in as subcontrators to our firm or work as a subcontractor to their firm. Our customers come first and we will do everything we can to provide a full service solution to them. 	Airtronics Airtronics can handle fabrication projects, straightforward or complex. We serve a variety of industries including networking equipment, semiconductor, medical, test equipment and point of sale. 	Chart Industries Chart is a global supplier of HALT/HASS System Solutions and is the technology leader in HALT and HASS chamber design, control systems, data acquisition, complete integrated system solutions, testing services and consulting. Ops A La Carte teaches seminars for Chart's customers in the areas of HALT/HASS and how they tie into the rest of the reliability program. Ops A La Carte also has a Real36 Chart HALT/HASS Chamber at their HALT and HASS Labs Santa Clara facility and use it to perform both HALT and HASS for clients.
	Chroma Corporation Chroma is our distributor for reliability services in Taiwan.
	Concurrent Design Concurrent Design is an Austin, TX based product development engineering firm. Concurrent Design specializes in Renewable Energy Product Design and Development with many years of experience in Solar, Wind, Storage, Solid State Lighting and associated Clean Energy application areas. Concurrent Design has been instrumental in product development for Concentrated Photovoltaic (CPV) systems, Photovoltaic (PV) systems; including crystalline silicon, thin film and III-V technology products and manufacturing systems, as well as inverters, trackers and mounting systems. 	Fusion Design Fusion Design is a full-service rapid product development company where ideas become reality. Founded in 1990, we support small start-up companies and large corporations with Industrial Design and Mechanical Engineering services. We pride ourselves on providing complete solutions using many different technical disciplines. Our customer projects range from small plastic enclosures to large automated robotic systems. 	Insco INSCO is the calibration laboratory for all types of measurement devices provides ISO accredited calibration services for research equipment, laboratory equipment and measurement weights. Ops A La Carte works with Insco for calibration services both for their HALT and HASS Lab and when recommending to customers.

	De Anza CACT The Center for Applied Competitive Technologies (CACT) of De Anza College is one of twelve CACT's in the state of California. The CACT is a nonprofit, grant-funded, economic development program which provides a wide range of training services to manufacturers and related businesses. CACT serves all industries from Santa Cruz to Mendocino Counties.
	Effective Training Associates Effective Training Associates (ETA) is the leading provider of engineering management and professional development programs. Ops A La Carte offers several of our reliability seminars through ETA.

	Pat O'Connor The main drivers of Pat's teaching on engineering management, including quality, reliability and safety, are: 1) Dilbert is far wiser than most management "gurus". He is also experienced; 2) Quality, reliability and safety are driven by good management and good engineering. Math and stats play a very minor part; and 3) Standards like ISO9000 and others for reliability and safety are misleading and dangerous.
